How Philterd, LLC collects, uses, maintains and discloses information from users of philterd.ai.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Philterd, LLC. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://philterd.ai website (“Sites”). This privacy policy applies to the Sites and all products and services offered by Philterd, LLC.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our sites, register on the sites, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Sites anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Sites related activities.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Sites. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Sites, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Web browser cookies and third-party trackers

The Sites use cookies and similar tracking technologies (small text files placed on your device) to help the Sites provide a better user experience and to understand how the Sites are used. These trackers fall into two categories:

  • Strictly necessary. Used to retain your cookie-opt-out preference and similar functional state. These cannot be disabled through our cookie notice; you can disable them by blocking cookies in your browser.
  • Analytics and visitor identification (opt-out). Loaded by default when you visit the Sites so we can measure basic traffic. You can opt out at any time by clicking “Opt out” on our cookie notice or via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer; opting out stops these trackers immediately and persists the choice on your device. If your browser sends a DNT: 1 Do Not Track signal, these trackers are not loaded at all and no cookie notice is shown.

We use the following third-party services in the analytics and visitor identification category:

  • Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google LLC). Collects pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, session duration, device and browser characteristics, approximate location, and the referring source. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Google Ads (operated by Google LLC). Used to measure conversions on advertising campaigns and for retargeting. Loaded together with Google Analytics 4. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Leadfeeder (operated by Liidio Oy / Dealfront Group). Performs IP-based company identification so we can understand which organizations are visiting the Sites. Leadfeeder receives your IP address, pages viewed, and basic referrer information, and uses an IP-to-company database to associate that activity with a likely organization. Individual end-users are not identified by name through this process unless they separately submit personal information (for example, by filling out a form).   • Microsoft Clarity (operated by Microsoft Corporation). Provides behavioral analytics, including heatmaps and masked session replays, so we can understand how visitors interact with the Sites. Clarity captures interaction events such as clicks, scrolls, and mouse movement along with a recording of the page in which text and form-input content is masked by default.   • Ahrefs Web Analytics (operated by Ahrefs Pte. Ltd.). Cookieless traffic analytics that measures page views, referrers, and aggregate visit data so we can understand how the Sites are found and used. Because it sets no cookies and collects no personally identifiable information, it loads on all visits and is not part of the opt-out analytics flow: the cookie notice, the analytics opt-out, and the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control handling described below do not apply to it. How we use collected information

Philterd, LLC may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide customer service. Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests.
  • To personalize user experience. We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Sites.
  • To improve our Sites. We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
  • To process payments. We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
  • To send periodic emails. We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Sites.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Sites. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Sites and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. We do not store your payment information.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

We share limited personal data with the third-party processors listed in the “Web browser cookies and third-party trackers” section above (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Leadfeeder, and Microsoft Clarity) strictly for the purposes described there, and only until you opt out via the cookie notice. Each processor handles the data under its own privacy terms, linked above.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor two automated opt-out browser signals:

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC). A newer browser-level opt-out signal recognized by California’s CCPA/CPRA and several other US state privacy laws (Colorado, Connecticut, and others). If your browser exposes navigator.globalPrivacyControl === true (or sends the Sec-GPC: 1 HTTP header), we treat it as a binding opt-out from the analytics and visitor-identification trackers described above.
  • Do Not Track (DNT). An older browser signal sent via the DNT: 1 HTTP header. Although DNT is not legally required in most jurisdictions, we honor it on the same terms as GPC.

When either signal is present, none of the opt-out analytics or visitor-identification scripts (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Leadfeeder, or Microsoft Clarity) load, no cookie notice is shown, and no analytics or tracking cookies are set, regardless of any prior choice you made on this device.

Third party websites

Users may find advertising or other content on our Sites that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Sites. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Sites, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

Your rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Sites), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Changes to this privacy policy

Philterd, LLC has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using the Sites, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Sites. Your continued use of the Sites following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
