Support Plans

We offer two tiers of support plans. Neither plan limits how fast we will respond to your support requests because we believe all support should be timely and we will do our best to provide timely responses to your requests.

The Free Support plan comes with everything you need to get started. The Premium Support plan offers Docker images, custom or on-premises deployments, and more assistance.

Support pricing is determined by the number of purchased licenses or expected cloud usage. Please contact us for a quote.

Free Support

Our Free Support plan provides basic help with and assistance with a product.

  • A video conferencing consultation to better understand your needs.
  • Assistance with best practices for deploying the product into the cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) of your choice.
  • Assistance with initial configuration of the product.
  • Assistance with the creation of your first policy.

Premium Support

Our Premium Support plan builds on the Free Support plan by offering more assistance.

  • Assistance deploying the application in a containerized or on-premises environment. This includes Docker images and scripts for installing and configuring the product on a self-hosted virtual machine.
  • Assistance creating policies.
  • Assistance with the product's client SDKs to integrate the product with your applications.
  • Custom development or code changes when needed and possible.
  • On-going video conferencing consultations as needed.
